Surilox Bedding:
- is made in Australia from all new materials
- is light weight per square metre
- can be used summer & winter
- can be used in warmer and colder climates
- winter use ~ Alpaca has one of the highest thermal ratings of any bedding made ~ alpaca is rated at 90 plus while merino is around 80 @380gm / square metre
- Surilox Alpaquilts and other Alpaca Bedding is made from 80% Alpaca Fleece for warmth and 20% Corriedale wool [for loft]. Surilox Alpillows are 70% Alpaca and 30% Polyester [for loft]
- Surilox Alpaca Alpaquilts and underlays are made from full batts, so the fibre won't shift, it is then sown into the outer binding. Full batts do away with the layers that other manufacturers make their product from. This means less movement or settling, giving a consistent warmth.
- can be aired on the clothesline ~ without the filling moving or settling
- is encased in pure cotton Japara ~ one of the purest quality cottons in the world
- Alpaca Fibre will absorb only around 7% moisture. This means that Alpaca Quilts and clothing will not attract moisture even when kept in a damp room
- King and Queen Surilox Alpaquilts can be ordered in His & Hers ~ one side of the quilts are double thickness
