SALES POLICY

• We aim to supply the best quality merchandise that it is possible to supply.
  
• We carefully quality check our merchandise prior to it leaving our hands and we will only accept returns of merchandise that is faulty or unsuited to its purpose, as described under the NSW Fair Trading Act. - Please choose carefully.
• Return postage is the responsibility of the purchaser.
• Payment for purchases from our site is secure through the PayPal system.
• All Surilox products have the names of the alpacas that contributed the largest proportion of fleece.
• Raw Fleece supplied to spinners & weavers comes with a copy of the tested fleece statistics plus a photo of the alpaca that donated the fleece.
• All Natural Solutions products are botanically based and safe for humans and animals.
